PROCESSED TUNA AND SALMON LOINS
NEW LAUNCH OF PROCESSED TUNA AND SALMON LOINS
SHOWCASED AT THE TRADE FAIRS ALIMENTARIA 2010 AND GOURMET 2010


On the 12th April in the auditorium of the Xunta de Galicia stand, Cerdeimar officially showcased two new products, Processed Tuna and Salmon Loins, products that can be consumed cold (in cubes: with pasta, in salads, canapés….; or thinly slices in sandwiches) or hot (slices 1cm thick and heated in a frying pan or under the grill with a few drops of oil; fried or breaded). In any case, it comes down to two basic products; for which, Cerdeimar has already started to develop variations on presentation in their kitchen-laboratory.
During this event, which was attended by different members of the media, the central and autonomic authorities and professionals from the catering and distribution sectors, Andres Cerdeiras, the managing director of the company specified the advantages and characteristics of these two new products, emphasizing amongst their qualities, their undeniable nutritional value: low in salt, rich in omega-3, gluten free...
