CERDEIMAR LAUNCHES ITS NEW PRODUCT FORMATS AT THE TRADE FAIR EL SALON DE GOURMET (Madrid)
Industrias Cerdeimar, S.L. will be exhibiting (Pavilion 5S and 5G12) at the 26th edition of the Salón de Gourmets.
From the 5th until the 8th of march, during the 26th edition of the Salón de Gourmets (International Quality Food and Drink Trade Fair), Industrias Cerdeimar, S.L., family run company pioneer in the processing of seafood and the production of ready meals, will present its new formula for shelf stable ready meals (Sea Kitchen Range). One of the four Boya product ranges, its star brand.
In each new Sea Kitchen pack or display carton, the consumer will find an airtight tray with the type of fish chosen, a container with the garnish potatoes or rice, and another container with the corresponding sauce. In other words, three components in just one pack, with which the consumer will be able to prepare, entirely to their own taste, a complete fish dish, 100% natural, skinless and boneless. Cerdeimar responds this way, once again to the progressive segmentation of the market and the demand both to differentiated products as well as specific formats to suit taste and needs.
