You can consult all the steps of the shopping process here and so as to leave you with no doubts with regards to the process:
1. Register yourself as new user
If it's the first time that you are entering our store, click on "New user "fill in all the fields and press the "send" key. You'll receive an e-mail confirming your membership.
2. Login In with your User name and Password
At the top of the Web page, you'll find the access area for Users. Use your User name and Password whenever you need to log oin.
3. Select the products of your choice.

Select the category of interest by clicking on it:
Once in the category desired, on the right hand side you will see all the groups within that category and on the left hand side the products by group. Click on the group required and select the items you wish to purchase indicating the number of units and clicking on the button "Add" 
If a product is not available, you won't be able to add it to your basket.
4. The shopping basket.
Whenever you add an item to the basket, we will show you all the items you have selected. You can return to your shopping basket to add more items at anytime, remember that the minimum quantity is of 12 units. We also have lots in order to make you purchase cheaper.
When you have filled the basket with all the products you wish to purchase:
a) Click to validate purchase and continue.
b) You will now be asked to specify the Delivery Details, select destination: Spanish Peninsula, Balearics Islands, Canary Islands or Portugal, so that the system can calculate the price of transport, which you will be able to see in the field marked Shipping. The transport is free for orders superior to 150€ in Peninsula, 250€ in the Balearics and 400€ in the Canary Islands. Next complete the delivery details. It is important that you pay attention to the field marked province in "DELIVERY DATA ", since the system by default will choose the province of A Coruña. Select the method of payment and click "purchase" to continue.
c) Confirmation of the Order. Please check all details you have given and verify that you have added all the products required, and if everything is correct: click to purchase.
Depending on the selected method of payment one of the following options will appear:
By Credit card: direct link to BBVA payment page
Bank Transfer: We will show in screen the authentication code of the necessary order and data in order to realize the payment by transfer. So that we can carry out the transaction as quickly as possible. Remember to send a copy of the payment voucher to following e-mail address: cerdeimar@cerdeimar.com
Once the chosen payment process has finalized, we will send you an e-mail with all the purchasing details.
We prepare it and we sent it along with a card to the person you have indicated in the delivery details.
We offer you the possibility of enclosing a personalised message during the purchase process. Select the option "To send as gift" and do not forget to write the message.
• The prices of all the products include VAT and are the effective ones, except for typesetter error
• Slight variations in the final aspect of the product with regards to the pictures shown may exist.
• Prices may change without prior notice. CERDEIMAR will maintain prices on orders already made that are pending payment for 3 days from the date the order is finalised. If the customer modifies the order, the prices will be updated.
• Orders that have not been paid have a validity of 3 days after which said orders will expire; the customer will be able to make a new order with new validity terms.
• Offers are valid whilst they are published on the Web page or until stock runs out.
• The availability of some items may change without prior notice.
Orders inferior to 12 units will not be accepted, except lots. To improve logistics we suggest placing orders of 12 or 24 units or multiples of the same.
TPV Banking
You'll be able to pay easily with your credit card without any risk thanks to the Pay Pal (or virtual TPV). It is a system that guarantees the security in your transactions by Internet.
The transmission of the data of your card will be done via a safe connection SSL, it encrypts the data so that they are inaccessible to other people. When indicating the data of your card, will be able to identify it under a safe connection because the address of the navigator begins by https: /and not by http:// as it usually is. In addition, a small closed padlock will appear at the bottom of your navigator. It is important to indicate that by communicating the data of your card directly to the bank by safe connection, we do not have direct access to these details at any time (neither ourselves nor anybody else apart from the bank) and in the same manner these details cannot be stored in our data base. We'll only receive a message from the bank indicating the validity or not of your credit card.
Bank Transfer

In general confirmation is received 72 hours after the transfer has been made.

Deliveries will be made to:
• Peninsula of Spain
• The Balearics Islands
• The Canary Islands
• Portugal
The purchased items will be delivered to the address you have indicated within 5 to 7 days.
The transport costs are on account of the customer except for purchases over 150€ (Peninsula), 250€ (Balearic) and 400€ (Canary) (VAT included).
Delivery time commences once the payment has been received. If payment is made via credit card the delivery process is immediate. For payments made via Bank Transfer the process begins once the payment of the order has been verified.
Guarantees of the delivery: The order will arrive in perfect conditions at your address. If this does not happen and the articles show evidences of damage during the transport we will replace it without any further cost. In this case it is essential to indicate in the section "observations' of the delivery document, any incidence with regards to the goods received or its packing.
